Create gourmet toppings and condiments that enhance your burger creations. Experience different preparation options — on the stove top, grill, broiler or in the oven. Realize you can truly entertain using the burger as you take your hamburger to a new culinary level. Prerequisite: CES 2187 Cooking 101 Skill Development or with instructor’s approval.
